Superior rooms are housed in thefarmhouse’s ancient tinaggio, where the vats for crushing grapes once rested and wine, the very essence of this land, was produced. There the walls were wonderfully imbued with the aroma of must, as if to remind us of the sacredness of ancient gestures.
