At what time is the room available?
The room is available from 2 p.m.
What time should I leave the room?
The room must be vacated by 11 a.m. or a late check-out until 3 p.m. is possible at an additional charge of € 30.00.
Can I smoke in the room?
Smoking is not allowed in the room: all our rooms are ‘non-smoking’.
It is possible to smoke in the outdoor courtyards or, when booking, ask for rooms with a balcony.
I am allergic: do you have rooms suitable for me?
All rooms are paved with ceramic tiles and parquet. Pillows with hypoallergenic pillowcases are also available.
Can I regulate the temperature in the room myself?
All rooms have air conditioning with individual temperature control.
Does the hotel have a car park?
We offer our guests a large garage and a private inner courtyard for parking cars. All parking spaces are free of charge.
If your parking spaces are full, where do I park?
In Piazza San Francesco d’Assisi in front of the hotel. Parking is free of charge.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served during the week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on public holidays and public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Room service can be requested during the same hours.
I leave very early in the morning: how can I have breakfast?
From Monday to Friday, the Early Express Breakfast service is available from 06:00. A takeaway service is also available.
Where can I leave my luggage?
We have free luggage storage: simply report this need to reception.
Do you accept pets?
All pets are welcome. We also offer taxi-dog and dog-sitting services in cooperation with a Dog Centre for a fee.
I arrive with my electric/hybrid car, can I recharge it?
Yes. Our hotel is equipped with 2 Tesla connectors and 1 Type 2 connector for each type of electric and hybrid car.
You do not have a restaurant. Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?
We have a quick meal service with a selection of first courses, main courses, side dishes, pizzas and desserts to be eaten in your room or in the dining room. We also have delivery service with the best restaurants in the area.
I don't want to have dinner at the hotel, how can I do that?
We collaborate with the most renowned local and Turin restaurants, reachable by car or on foot. The offer is varied and includes typical Piedmontese, Mediterranean and Michelin-starred cuisine. Reservations can be made by contacting Reception.
Do you have a taxi service with reduced rates?
Transfers to/from Turin Caselle Airport, Turin city centre, Lingotto Fiere, Porta Nuova and Porta Susa railway stations and to any location are available at special rates.
We recommend booking at least the day before, by calling the hotel reception directly.
Arrival by car: how do I get to the hotel?
From the motorway network always follow the signs for Caselle Aeroporto. Near Caselle Aeroporto go in the direction of San Maurizio Canavese and continue to San Francesco al Campo (via Parrocchia 5)

CAR – Follow direction Ciriè and then turn for San Maurizio Canavese and then continue to San Francesco al Campo (via Parrocchia 5)
TAXI – It is advisable to book a taxi at least the day before in order to get the reduced fares.
Arrival by train at Turin Porta Susa and Porta Nuova railway stations
BUSES – Opposite the stations is the Sadem bus stop (frequency 15 minutes – holidays 30 minutes). The nearest stop to the hotel is Caselle Aeroporto and from the airport it is possible to reach the hotel by taxi.
TAXI – It is advisable to book a taxi at least the day before in order to get the reduced rates.
Which credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Visa, Master Card.
I need the invoice, when do I have to communicate the data?
To avoid delays when checking out, we recommend that you anticipate your billing information upon arrival.
Do I have to pay the Tourist Tax?
No! We do not have a tourist tax.
